Q: How does the IPM System work?
A: Our system works by creating a encrypted code that allows the instant download of files once payment has been made through Paypal.

Q: What are the benefits and why should I consider IPM?
A: With our system your customers can purchase your products and download them instantly after making a payment. This eliminates the need for you to e-mail the product to your customer. It creates an automated e-commerce for you and frees your time up to do other things besides checking email for orders that you would normally need to fulfill by sending the customer the file. So why choose IPM? Our Customer Service is second to none. Very user friendly and easy to use service. Low cost. Ability to manage your items in a easy to use Admin area. No need to host your files on your own servers. Unlimited Bandwidth. Ability to protect your files through encrypted codes. Encrypted codes that expire once product is purchased. We take care of all technical aspects of the system. You sit back and reap the rewards.

Q: Are there any requirements I need to know about before using your service?
A: The only requirement is that you do not have the redirect function on Paypal turned on. For example if customers purchase something from your website, pay with Paypal and after the payment is made Paypal automatically redirects them back to your site. This will not work with our system so you will need to turn that function off through Paypal.

Q: Can I cancel my subscription to your service at any time?
A: Yes. When you sign up for our service you are automatically billed through your Paypal account each month. Anytime you wish to stop using our service simply log into your Paypal account and end your monthly subscription. Please note that we cannot refund or prorate any fees for our service even if you end your service in the middle of a billing cycle.

Q: What type of products can I sell using your system?
A: The possiblities are too numerous to list here but for example; E-books, Forms, Patterns, Printables, MP3 files, etc. Most any file that is downloadable is compatible with IPM.

Q: What type of files can I upload to your system?
A: Virtually any file type that can be downloaded from the internet or email. Such as zipped files, PDF and MS Word document files.

Q: Is there a limit to the file size I upload?
A: Each package is given a certain amount of storage space on our server. You should have plenty of space for adverage sized files. It's important to keep your files as small in size as possible without losing quality. The file size dictates how long it will take your customer to download the file. Larger size=longer download time. Customers tend to get frustrated when trying to download a file that takes more than a few minutes to download. Especially those still on dialup, so keep that in mind when considering your file sizes.

Q: How do I get the "Buy Now" code that I need to place on a website or e-mail?
A: Once you upload your product file to our system you can click on that files name in your Admin area. You will see 'Item Buy Code' and then a box that contains the encrypted code. Simply copy and paste this code by highlighting it with your mouse and clicking 'control' and 'c' on your keyboard. To paste the code on your website hit 'control' and 'v'.

Q: Will my customers need any special software to download my products through your service?
A: In most cases no. Most printable products are set up in PDF format. Most computers come with Acrobat Adobe. If not, they can download it free at www.adobe.com. Some other file types use MS Word and similar to open files. For zipped files, again most computers will come with such programs or the customer can get a winzip utility from the internet.

Q: Where can I sell my products?
A: You can place the html code anywhere you'd like. Such as, on your website, on your blog and in emails. You will want to test your 'Buy Now' code before permanently adding it to your website, blog or email to insure it's working properly.

Q: Do you take a percentage of each sale or have a maximum sale limit?
A: No. You are only charged a monthly fee. We don't have a maximum sales limit. You can sell as much as you want.

Q: Can I use the code for a product and sell it multiple times?
A: Absolutely. You can place the code for the same item on more than one site if you like. You can also sell the product as many times as you like. There is no limits to the number of times you can sell your product.

Q: Can I create my own graphic buttons?
A: Yes and it's very simple too. To do so simply add this code: <img src=URL of your image here></a> at the end of the encrypted coding. The encrypted coding will be a series of letters and numbers and will end with a > start the code above right after that last bracket.

Q: When my customer receives a download link will it expire after a certain period of time?
A: Yes, it will expire within 24 hours.

Q: Will I receive notices when someone downloads one of my products?
A: Yes, you will receive two email notifications. One from Paypal notifying you that a payment has been made and one from our system letting you know someone has downloaded your product.

Q: Is there somewhere I can keep track of the number of sales I've had for each product?
A: Yes. Just login to your account. Where you see 'Hi (Your Name), next to that you'll see a text link that says 'Item Statistics'. There you can see the names of your products and the number of times they have been downloaded.

Q: How do I contact support if I'm having trouble or just have questions?

Q: Can customers order more than one of my download products at a time?
A: Yes, if you would like to set up your IPM download items on your website and utilize our shopping cart function.
