The services that IPM, LLC., provides to both the members and the customers are subject to the following Terms of Use (TOU). IPM, LLC., reserves the right to update the TOU at any time without notice.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Through this Web site, IPM, LLC., provides you with access to valuable resources and services (collectively services). These services, including any updates, enhancements, new features, and/or the addition of any new Web site properties, are subject to the TOU.

IPM, LLC., DOES NOT MAKE ANY ASSURANCES WITH REGARD TO THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF INFORMATION CONTAINED IN OR EXTRACTED FROM THE SERVICES. IN NO EVENT SHALL IPM, LLC., AND/OR ITS RESPECTIVE MEMBERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM THE USE OR LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCES OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE, PERFORMANCE OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES FROM THIS WEB SITE. THIS IS TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO COMPUTER VIRUS'S TRANSMITTED THROUGH THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY FILE HOSTED ON IPM.

MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY

In order to access and use the services, you must create a account by completing the registration process of providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You also will choose a password and a user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under that account. You agree to notify IPM, LLC., immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. IPM, LLC., will not be liable for any loss that you may incur financially or otherwise as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. you could, however, be held liable for losses incurred by IPM, LLC., or any other party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time. Accounts are limited to one designer. No account sharing is allowed through IPM, LLC.

MEMBERSHIP FEES

Members agree once they sign up to provide IPM, LLC., with the monthly subscription fee listed. At no time are any or part of these fees refundable or prorated.

NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE

As a condition of your use of the Services, you will not use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any IPM, LLC., server, or the network(s) connected to any IPM, LLC., server, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of Services. You may not use IPM, LLC for purposes of utilizing the services described herein, for selling, giving away or otherwise creating downloadable products that are in direct competion of IPM Pro, LLC or it's affiliates; Pattern Mart, LLC and Creative Times Magazine, LLC,. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Services, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any IPM, LLC., server or to the Services, through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made through the Services.

RIGHT OF TERMINATION

IPM, LLC., reserves the right to terminate your access to any portion or all of the Web site and/or Services at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever. IPM, LLC., reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as IPM, LLC., deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulations, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or part, in IPM, LLC., 's sole discretion. At the sole discretion of IPM, LLC., fees for membership may in part or whole be returned to the member if termination occurs.

Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. All logos, catch phrases, images associated with IPM are sole property of IPM, LLC. IPM and i-pattern, i-patterns are trademarked by IPM and Pattern Mart, LLC. The description of this TOS is subject to change at any time.
